- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by One Apollon ("us," "we," or "our") through our website, applications, or other platforms (collectively, the "Services"). - Eligibility

We provide web development services, including but not limited to website design, website development, e-commerce solutions, mobile app development, UX/UI design, and digital marketing. - Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and design rights, in the content, materials, and source code created or developed by us as part of the Services, shall remain our exclusive property. Upon full payment for the Services, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the delivered work solely for the purpose for which it was intended.
- Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide us with all necessary information, materials, and access to resources required for us to deliver the Services. You also warrant that you have the necessary rights to provide such information and materials and that doing so does not infringe on any third-party rights.
- Payment Terms
Payment terms, including pricing, invoicing, and payment schedules, will be specified in a separate agreement or Statement of Work. - Warranties and Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless One Apollon and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
- Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within thirty (14) days after receiving written notice thereof.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
